A very new project

WINNING CONCEPT

To realize the Neos, the OTK Kart Group started from a completely new project. This choice has offered its own R&D department the chance to develop totally new shapes regarding the design of the frame, compared to those that the Rookie offers already. All the experience as well as the technical information owned by the Kosmic Kart Racing Department Tony Kart factory, gathered with the several intense test sessions, contributed to the development of this jewel. The added value is granted by the OTK manufacturing process, high-level, and through the use of high-quality raw materials only.

To realize the Neos, the OTK Kart Group started from a completely new project. PERFORMANCE AND SAFETY

Also the Neos braking system has changed. It's called BSM2 and compared to the previous model has new brake tubes and a new one-piece pump able to offer greater structural rigidity. The brake caliper, is, as for the Rookie already, featured with 2 pistons skilled to provide the best feeling under braking, whose aspect is crucial in a category where safety and performance are the two top priorities.

Many are the novelties for the Kosmic Kart Neos. All the components are conceived and manufactured by OTK Kart Parts following the strict quality standards applied to the top-range models. Amongst the several interesting technical specifications are the next-generation AXJ aluminum wheels, the stub axles and the wheel hubs. These are just some of the tools at the disposition of the very young Mini drivers, not forgetting the high-grip steering wheel and the footrest completing the standard equipment.

The M5 bodyworks and M5 rear protection are based on the fairings of the Tony Kart upper-class chassis. Even in this case the wind tunnel testing was fundamental to determine how to convey the air flows in the most appropriate and functional areas. The link between the Neos and the top range Kosmic Kart chassis clearly highlighted by the livery, inspired by the Mytox S and Lynx S.
